Nova dreamer


Other than books and cds there is another invention out there in order to trigger lucid dreams. It is called a nova dreamer. It is meant to read you REM (Rapid Eye Movement). REM happens when you are having a dream. These nova dreamers are a type of glasses that fit over your head like a face mask. Inside of the nova dreamer glasses when you are in a dream by measuring your REM in a dream. Nice that your in control, it flashes lights on your eyelids this prevents light to penetrate her eye lids into her dream and hopefully allow you to realize that you are in a dream, and hopefully be able to turn that dream into a lucid dream. This invention has a very high success rate. Many scientists recommend this to their patience’s who would like to have lucid dreams. At the end of his 2 week sessions Doctor Stephen LaBerge gives out the nova dreamer to his patients In order that they will get the most out of lucid dreaming.

Examples

-Lucid Dreams are so realistic that by concurring your fears in a dream you will most likely conquer your dreams in real life. In the movie “vanilla sky” The charter that Tom Cruise plays is deathly afraid of heights. In the movie he uses a lucid dream to overcome this fear by jumping off of an extremely tall building and attempting to fly. In the end this method helped him.

Many people who suffer from reoccurring nightmares have not have gotten a good night’s sleep in a long time. Doctor Stephen LaBerge helped people just like this who have nightmares to take them and turn them around into something good using a lucid dream. In a regular dream the dreamer is not in control but is the victim to their own nightmare. But while having a lucid dream, you know that it is a dream and you have the ability to control it into anything that you want. One patient of doctor Stephen LaBerge explains that she has the same nightmare every night for a very long time. In her dream a shadowy figure chases her through a deserted build, through many different dark rooms. By learning how to lucid dream she turned to face the shadowy figure and watched it disappear. She goes on to explain that she has not had a nightmare in months, ever since she learned how to lucid dream.

Doctor Stephen LaBerge is a scientist that specializes in dream theraphy. He is truly interested in th phenomenon of lucid dreaming and how it can be used to help people to overcome their fears and to concure their nightmares. Many people from all around the world travel to see him to attend one of his sessions. In his therapy groups he teaches people little tricks to do in order to lucid dream.

Lucid dreaming people to overcome their fears because in a lucid dream, you realize that it is a dream, and that nothing or no one can hurt you, this should help you to be motivated to take that first step into facing what ever it is that you are afraid of.

Training Exercises

There are many different types of training exercise that people use in order to induce a lucid dream. The point of these exercises is to strengthen your sense of self awareness so that you will be able to tell when you are dreaming, and when you are not. Even though it is the simplest of all the exercises, remembering our dreams actually is the most important first step that we could take. After waking up from a nights sleep we may think to ourselves that we didn’t have a dream that night because we just cannot remember it. The truth is every time that we sleep, whether a long nights sleep or just a nap our brain is still working faster than ever and we always are dreaming whether we remember it or not. By keeping a dream journal it will stimulate our minds and help us to remember our dreams every night. This will help us to separate our dreams from reality.

Also we should pay attention to any habits of ours that we might have. For example if we bite our finger nails, or twirl our hair. By paying attention to these habits in real life we will be more likely to do the same habits in our dreams. When a habit of ours occurs in our dream you will become aware that you are doing the habit and most likely determine that you are in a dream.

Lucid Dreaming

What would you think if I told you there was a way that you could dream of whatever you wanted too? Well, there is. It’s called lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is considered rare among those who have not trained themselves to do it. But then there are those who lucid dream all the time without any knowledge or training in what they’re doing. Although, most people have had at least one in there life time. There is a way though that you can train your mind so that you can become one of those people who just has lucid dreams whenever they want. Many of these people who have lucid dreams without any training have a very good sense of self awareness. Training yourself to lucid dream is a great way to get a positive outcome. There are many types of training that you can use. Some work better than others, but if you are really serious about wanting to lucid dream then i suggest trying them all out.
